We are searching for an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative in our Warren, MI headquarters.

 

The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative will focus on entering sales orders with an intense focus on order accuracy and providing professional service to our customers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Respond to all customer requests for service and assistance in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner.
  • Enter all orders (including returns) promptly
  • Demonstrate the ability to make non-routine decisions to resolve customer issues. 
  • Strive to meet and exceed all customer needs and expectations in a sincere, professional manner.
  • Possess the ability to communicate informatively, professionally, and clearly through oral and written communication.
  • Assist in the completion of department projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Exhibit the ability to interact and convey information in a respectful manner with both internal and external customers at all times.
  • Communicate with other departments and your Supervisor to resolve and expedite department procedures.
  • Educate customers about terminology and product features to improve product sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively recommend products by cross-selling, up-selling, and offering promotional sale items.
  • Participate in team meetings and make suggestions for change.
  • Process reports as requested
  • Work with our vendors or purchasing teams as required to ensure product is delivered on time to our customers expectation
  • Work with the credit and warehouse teams to provide feedback to our customers regarding their orders
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-2 years experience working in a customer service capacity
  • Playing experience, either in lacrosse or hockey is highly desirable
  • Must have a positive outlook and desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office
